3. What will I learn during the training?

You'll learn a wide range of topics, including yoga philosophy, anatomy, alignment, teaching techniques, meditation, and more. The training covers the foundations of yoga practice and teaching.

4. How long does a 200-hour training program take to complete?

This 200-hour program spans 10 weeks, meeting Saturdays and Sundays only.

5. Is the training physically demanding?

While yoga teacher training does involve physical practice and asana (posture) work, it is adapted to suit various fitness levels. Modifications and adjustments are provided, ensuring inclusivity.

6. What certification will I receive upon completion?

Upon successfully completing the program and meeting the requirements, you'll receive a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training certification recognized by Yoga Alliance, allowing you to teach yoga worldwide.

7. Can I teach yoga after completing the training?

Yes, you will be qualified to teach yoga classes independently or at yoga studios, gyms, wellness centers, and more. Many graduates start their own yoga classes or join established studios.

8. Are there any prerequisites for enrollment?

12. What should I bring to the training?

You'll need comfortable yoga attire, a yoga mat, laptop or note-taking materials, the required texts and an open heart and mind.

13. Is there an assessment or final exam?

Yes. There is a final written exam and a practicum where students lead a 60 minute yoga class.

14. Is there additional hours outside of the weekend training dates?

Yes, there are 60 practice hours required to receive your certificate as well as any hours used for homework and reading

15. If I am absent how do I make up?

All classes will need to be made up. Lead instructor will guide you on how to do that but in any case that the instructor needs assist in makeups will need to pay their hourly rate.
